DBB format change - Online Radio Show and Podcast

As of 7/19/07 Don’t Bark Bite is changing its format more of a online radio show and podcast. Our radio shows will focus on a multitude of topics, from business to success to diversity. The podcast will consist of one on one interviews, round table discussions and a re-broadcast of the streaming radio shows. The blog will continue to focus on anything and everything.

What an excellent idea. This is something I have considered doing myself, in the near future. Simply need to get all of the techhy stuff under my belt. We have a recording studio in our home and have been wondering how to do the podcast thing.
I have been blogging for just about four months now and am trying to figure out the best way to get everything presented properly. I wonder what special equipment one needs to speak over the internet. You are the GURU on these matters and can point me in the right direction.
